Key Features
- This series provides durable pans with professional grade functionality.
- This pan has a thickened bottom layer and a thin side layer, allowing the heat to transfer quickly and evenly. You can cook delicious food without getting it burnt or cooking it unevenly.
- The 4 mm thick bottom prevents the pan from warping caused by the heat. As a result, the bottom stays nice and flat.
- Made of robust and hard natural wood, the handle fits your hand better and better with time.
- The outside layer is strengthened with a shot peening process, a manufacturing process used in aircraft. It prevents the surface from scarring. You can also clean grease with ease.
Use & Care
- Wash it well with dish soap and a sponge after each use. Wipe it well and dry it thoroughly before storing. Do not use it in the dishwasher. It may damage it or alter its color.
- For gas stove use only. You cannot use it on an electric stove, in a microwave or in an oven.
- Do not heat it up empty. It may cause deformation or may damage the fluororesin coating.
- To prevent damaging the fluororesin coating, do not use hard metal objects to clean burnt parts or to remove burnt-on food from the pan.
- To prevent it from deforming, do not give it a strong shock or change the temperature suddenly by running the hot pan under cold water.
