Key Features

Mino ware mortars are very hard and unlikely to break or crack. With rough surface, it can grind ingredients quickly.

Use & Care

Before first use, wash inside and outside of the mortar and dry it thoroughly.
After each use, wash it by moving hand along the lines inside. Using a Japanese Tawashi (scourer) is advised.
After washing, dry it thoroughly. Cover it with a plastic bag, etc. to prevent dirt. Store it in a place out of direct sunlight.
