Use & Care
- The pan and handle need assembling with the screws before first use. The screws are included in the delivery package (but, a screwdriver is not).
- Compatible with gas stove only (NOT with induction heating or microwave ovens).
- Apply oil well inside the pan before each time of use.
- To prevent discoloration or food poisoning, do not leave food in the pan for a long time and make sure move it to another container.
- To prevent verdigris or rust, wash the pan with a pH neutral detergent and dry it thoroughly.
- Use of resin flippers or spatulas is recommended because metal ones may damage the surface of the pan.
